Delivery - Standard delivery on items that are in stock will ususally be within 7 days of ordering. Delivery may vary with Bank Holidays and weekends.
Orders - If the item that you have ordered is not in stock we can try to get it back in stock for you. Depending on the item that has been requested this could take upwards of 7 working days.
Cancellations - You have 12 hours from the time/date you placed your order to cancel your order for a full refund, unless otherwise specified during your order processing proceedure.
After 12 hours, your order is processed. There is no cancellation of orders AFTER 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellation of orders after 12 hours will be charged 100% of the total order, no refund will be applied.
Availability - All of the items that are shown on this website are subject to availability and Waterways reserves the right to withdraw any of the items without any notice. If items sell out before the website has been updated and an order has been placed we will gladly inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or refund. This does not affect your statory rights.

We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
Orders placed will be processed the same working day subject to availability of products and payment or open credit facilities. If goods are in stock, dispatch will normally take place within 3 working days for UK orders required using standard delivery
Waterways is not liable for failure to deliver by such dates or for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery or out of non-delivery. Whilst every precaution is taken in packing goods, no liability can be accepted for loss, breakage, or other damage to goods during transit.
Orders may be suspended or cancelled as a result of any contingency beyond Waterway's control such as strike, lock-out, fire, accident, prohibition of export or import, Government decree or requirements, war or civil disturbances interfering with manufacture or delivery, shortage of raw or packing materials, receivership or imminent liquidation of the Buyer.
Non Faulty Returns - Waterways must be notified either by email or by phone, within 7 working days of delivery, if the consumer wishes to return any goods received. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Waterways reserves the right to refuse the return subject to the goods being of merchantable quality. The cost of any damage incurred to the products being returned will be borne by the consumer.
If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether they require a refund or an exchange if the product is not available. If the consumer requires an exchange there will be a postal charge up to a maximum of £7.50 for UK mainland customers to resend the goods.
Faulty Returns - For products that Waterways deems to have been faulty, the cost of the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether or not they require a refund or an exchange. If you wish to return an item please ring us or email us where we will issue with a returns number and a packing list with details of where to return the product. For your protection we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance, please include your original receipt of purchase.
